Breakfast Burn Fat
Many
fitness experts don't believe "running empty" is
the most efficient way to exercise. Contrary to popular
belief, exercising on an empty stomach doesn't
make your metabolism work. After about 30 minutes of
exercising without first eating, the body begins to
use muscles as a source of energy, which can lead
to fatigue, dizziness and dehydration. Additionally, exercising
on an empty stomach lowers blood sugar levels, leading to hunger, and
people are more likely to eat more after training than they
would otherwise. Finally, strength training takes a lot of
energy, and lifting weights without eating first doesn't work your
muscles efficiently.
